Extracellular Matrix Morphology and Cellular Mechanobiology on Interwoven v. Interwoven -Aligned PDMS Scaffolds


Objective: Observe variations in ECM morphology, nuclei morphometry, and differentiation due to topological cues on different tissue engineering scaffold patterns.

    ❖ Collagen I, fibronectin, and laminin stains were used to observe ECM morphology
    ❖ DAPI was used to analyze nuclei morphometry
    ❖ alpha-SMA and F-Actin (via phalloidin) stains were used to observe possible differentiation
