Chrm3-/- in mice modeling urothelial injury


Objective: Characterize urothelial injury in mice with knockout muscarinic acetylcholine receptor subtype M3 as a model for urothelial injury due to neurogenic bladder.

    ❖ H&E and IHC stains were used for morphological and protein expression characterization
    ❖ IHC utilized KRT5/14/20, UPK, and Ki67
